I have no idea how I did not know of this author before yesterday. This book was unputdownable from the minute I started it.

This book starts with a former detective, who is now an ER doctor, is tapped back into the criminal investigation world to try and solve a cold case. You are rapidly introduced to a large number of characters (something that usually is difficult for me but I had no issue) as the book flips between multiple POVs and time periods.

Guess Again is aptly named as I thoroughly enjoyed guessing pieces of the puzzle along the way. There were so many twists and the book kept you guessing until the end.

I am very torn between a 4.75 ⭐ review and making this the first 5  ⭐ read of the year. I hope there is a sequel coming soon.
